Shipping & Returns
All orders ship from our location in Texas. We do not drop ship from Asia.
We ship all orders in 1-2 business days via USPS, for smaller packages, and FedEx ground for larger packages. Any order that has a value of $100.00 or more is shipped signature delivery required. That protects both of us from the porch pirates.
All items are inspected at least three times for functionallity and accuracy before it is packaged. Bearings are checked to make sure that they rotate smoothly and belts are checked for measurements and manufacturing flaws.
We take detailed photos of every order that we ship. The photos provide the actual part number on the item, the pre-packaged shipping weight to the tenth of an ounce and the final shipping weight of the package.
We must be contacted within 10 days of the delivery date for any descrepancies. Any return must be recieved by us within 30 days of the delivery date.
We pay the return shipping cost if it is our mistake. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost if it is their mistake.
We charge a 35% restocking fee for items that have not been installed, used, altered or damged. We do not offer exchanges. We will issue a refund when we get the item back and the customer can place a new order for the correct part number.
We do not offer overnight or 2nd day shipping.
